Being Ignored for days on end

involved in an accident on 03/10/2021. Claim logged. messages sent on the 5th and 6th becasue i havent heard anything from anybody.

The last contact i had with anybody was Palesa, who was the one i got through to when i called them at 17:50 on the day of the accident.

This is ridiculous. What is going on??? I need this matter attended to and my vehicle fixed. I litereall have no idea what going on.
