Be careful

BE VERY CAREFUL !!!! If you signing up with Pineapple because they have reasonable rates !!!! They love you when you sign up but when you claim - They investigate every loophole not to pay. IF you claim within 6 months (not your fault clear 3rd party claim) They ask you 4x your fixed excess rate - We have a policy with them now for 5 and a half months.

They check none of your history upfront and only when you claim they do claim validations and for every piece of information that they can't get the excess is increased - on top of the R8000 excess - they also charging another R400 because my insurance company that we had in 2020 - 2023 is liquidated and because they can't get claim history they add another amount ..... Be very careful before you sign up you will cry when you claim
