Banele is a star

I'd just like to say that Pineapple has a gem in Banele. Even through a tedious and somewhat frustrating claim process she was absolutely patient making sure I understand what is being asked of me and why it is so. She was patient and very helpful in turning around some of the issues that I had and always responded to my messages timely.
