Banele: Great work ethic!

Wow, where to begin…

Had a little bit of a rocky start till Banele came to save the day… not only does she have the patience of a saint but she managed to sort out my claim in a timeous manner.

It was lovely dealing with someone who takes pride in her work ethic and ensuring that her clients are satisfied and for that, I cannot praise her enough.
