Bad service | ****!!!

I did a quote on their online portal last month and it generated a premium of +/- R2000 but I was subsequently sent a premium of over R3000. I messaged them and they inform me it’s a mistake on their side and they’ll endeavour to fix it. I waited for a week and it was still not fixed then I decided to message them again to ask for an update.

They kept saying it’ll be fixed and referred it to their pricing department , I then realised that they’ve been saying the same thing for too long now and I decided to ask for a cancellation 2 weeks ago and they said they’ll refer it to the cancellation department again . Today I’ve still not been helped and they are sending me a message now that they’ll be deducting the incorrect premium on my account this coming payday tomorrow. Nothing has been done about my complaint and yet they wanna deduct money from my account tomorrow… I’m furious beyond imagination.
