bad service from Pineapple Insurance

very poor customer services, they treat you like a ******** when you are their client eg the person assisting kept on asking the same question over and over again and to top it all, the answers are on their website where I've already answered or summited whatever they wanted.

I am not happy with how they are making me feel as their client - I thought they were looking out for your interests when I joined them instead its just another Ponzi scheme.
