Bad service ever
I'm not happy with this insurance they left me stranded when I needed them the most worse they don't even have call center and their whatsapp is useless with this consultant called "Austin" who does not understand English yerr. Pineapple please send me cancellation letter I don't need this nonsense of your policy

I did received the cancellation letter but the date says 27/07/2023 instead of 26/07/2023. Debit order went off yesterday n I need my money back Austin promised to get it done but he is no longer responding to my email
