Bad service delivery and poor communication

I’m having a very bad experience with pineapple, I lodge in a claim after my car bumped about 3 weeks ago, there is a woman called Nothando who is assisting me since the 2nd I haven’t heard from her the communication is so bad, mind you its towards festive and my car is still in bad condition, they can’t even grant me a curtesy car, but every month I’m paying them full amount at the date we agreed on. Mxm such a poor service
