Bad service
I have tried on numerous occasions to try and get an answer from them regarding their insurance on MALFUNCTIONS on laptops - I had varies people from there contact me and NONE can answer that question. They keep sending silly replies eg : Insure your ride/ your phone / etc etc. The app is a nightmare - and ALL I want to know is do they insure laptops against malfunctions??? When I tried to register on their app for more info it wont accept my address... this company is quick to reply with NO info!!

08 Mar 2022, 10:20I have just received another automated reply from a "Matthew" BUT still no reply on if a laptop is insured via pineapple if it MALFUNCTIONS !! Also telling me to go to the app (again) - which does not accept my address (which I have complained about!)
