Bad service

I wouldn't recommend pineapple insurance to anyone my bro got involved in an accident 1 month ago they were no where to be found because you cannot call them telephonically you can only WhatsApp them of which they will call after days, now they have the car and all documents and they tell him to withdraw from insurance without a reason, and as we speak the car is not fixed. my good people please be careful.
