Bad service

I’ve been asking to make changes on my policy or just cancel my policy it’s been a month and no one gets back to me in regards of this . Pineapple is not a reliable insurance they only call you back when you want a quote once you have taken cover they don’t care about you anymore it really says a lot about them when you’ll be claiming needing them the most the importance of insurance is for the insurer to be there for you when claiming but with what I’m picking up with pineapple it’ll be a struggle.
