BAD Customer service from Pinepple
Honestly not happy - they are very fast to write you a policy but the after service is extremely bad. Took me about two weeks to just get a hold of someone for assistance. Takes two months to remove my old vehicle from insurance, then they make the premium higher because you remove one vehicle and put on a new vehicle. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL
