Bad customer service !!
I have been waiting for more than 24hrs for someone to call me to sign up for Pineapple insurance.
The whatsapp line does not work and now one answers.
It has been quite frustrating as currently I am without car insurance and I have a baby to cart.
I would appreciate greatly if someone would call this morning asap so I can finalize my insurance.
