Bad Customer Service
I would like to advice, that I'm highly disappointed with Pineapple Insurance. Raising a premium, from R39 to R196. Yet they don't want to refund me, my money back. As I never signed any physical papers with. In anything you do, never join Pineapple Insurance. All they care about, is the money that they debit. Nothing else matters to them.
