Bad Client services

I had a minor incident on sunday and logged a claim with pineapple, its the 3rd day today and i have not received any feedback from them. This company is a **** and the are ***********. All the time i go to the App to check on my claim i get the same automated response stating i will be called back but i have not being emailed or called even now. I am wondering what was going to happen to me if the incident was bad and i was stranded. I would never recommend anyone to this company, their employees are *********** and they are ********.
