Bad claims process at Pineapple

Hi everyone I had vehicle insurance with Pineapple, the sign up process was without hassle and they gave me a good monthly installment Problem came when i wanted to claim i had no help, they dont have a call centre and everything has to be done on their app, after i tried claiming you have to wait for someone to contact you, they contacted me after like 2 weeks by this time i already sorted out my own car and canceled my policy with them And even worse Tracker is pboning me now saying i owe them because pineapple will have you install a tracker unit before they finish your registration how is tracker now my problem i took out a policy with Pineapple and not with tracker Rather pay more at Miway or Outsurance and get good quality service
