Awful Service - Pineapple insurance

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from pineapple insurance, I put in a claim 30 Aug.2021 and the assistance is very terrible, to make things worse is that you are unable to contact anybody from the company. They promise to deliver within 5 to 7 days but its been well over 15 days. I have to constantly send messages to their robot site to remind them about the claim, I don't have any feedback. If you can delay on small claim like as a cellphone, I am glad I did not sign up for the car insurance you were hounding me for. The claim process does not work as good as they say, to this day my claim has not been attended. There are emails sitting unattended, I send a message everyday nobody attends to it. I beginning to think I signed up on a ******** company.
