Awful experience

Dealing with Pineapple has been a nightmare. We have to hound them for feedback, even so we are constantly given incorrect feedback.

We submitted our claim in August. after 3 months of constantly begging for updates ,we are meant to be at the final stage of payout however we are being told twice now to wait a further 3-5 working days for payment. At this point we are uncertain this payout will ever happen.

By far the worst experience iv had with an insurance company
