Awesome service.

I'm really impressed with the service I've received from this company. Their app and communication is very streamlined and straight forward, you can literally process the whole claim via their app without even speaking to anyone and the chats automatically sync to your Whatsapp which is awesome, no holding on for hours to speak to a call center agent during set office hours..

I unfortunately dropped my Note 9 within my first month of taking out this insurance and the repair quote was just shy of R6k so I logged the claim on the app and sent through the necessary quote from Vodacom and within 2 days the claim was validated and ready for payout.
