AWESOME BIANCA!

What started off as a perceived bad experience ended with awesome service form Bianca. I submitted a claim on Monday for a lost phone ****** during a road *******, Bianca like any employee of any organization followed all her internal processes/protocols which for me where not making sense which naturally frustrated me. I lost it a few times which I now regret but she remained calm nd composed, and eventually she managed to resolved my claim even when I was rude to her. Thank you Bianca and I once again apologize for my behavior. your truly are an ASSEST for PINEAPPLE and are a true professional. Keep up the good work you doing!!!!
