Avoiding Cancellation Requests
I requested cancellation of my policy on 17 March via WhatsApp and web chat with clear written instruction.
The claim that cancellation can be done easily is a lie. There is no proper option in the app, and when I contact via WhatsApp, my request is not handled and keeps getting redirected.
You keep delaying the cancellation and pushing unnecessary phone calls. I even tried calling, and there was no answer.
This is *********, extremely frustrating, and completely unacceptable.
Terrible service.

19 Mar 2026, 08:48 I had to call multiple times, and my calls were even disconnected twice. No one called me back. In the end, I had to chase this myself through repeated calls and messages just to get the policy cancelled. Your advertising is misleading. You claim that cancellation is easy, but in reality, it is not. If you make it easy to sign up, you should make cancellation just as easy and straightforward. This was a very poor experience. Customers do not take this lightly.
