Appalling service for minor claim
Appalling service. Definitely do not recommend. Cannot get anyone to respond or assist with claim. They respond to email, text via whatsapp or message on app, that someone will get back to you soon, and then you never hear from anyone again. Not even a complaint gets followed up on. I absolutely 100% regret using this insurance company and would not recommend at all.
