App Problems.

I told Customer Care about the problem, I have rated the app in Google Play Store as well as Apple Store because the same issue on both platforms. I have two items insured and want to add more but the app does not allow me. The App keeps on asking to add me address by it fails doing so. I've tried many many times. :( I can't even add more photos to my insured item. Why can't you fix the bug?? How are you getting new clients if the app doesn't work?? I really can't get an item insured because the app doesn't allow it. I've been struggling for more than 2 months.
