App error and bad service causes huge loss

Had to delete as the rating was too high and cannot change. Have been a client for over a year, never claimed . When I bought a new phone to add, all I got was it has been escalated to the technical team and could not assist and now the phone has a cracked screen and cannot claim due to no assistance. Worste insurance company I have ever dealt with .

Update day 2

72 hours later phone unusable. No update, no phone call, no customer service online to assist, phone keeps ringing for 2 days. Now imagine if I had car insurance and something happened...
