App doesn't work - cannot add new items or edit existing items

The Pineapple app is super buggy. I tried amending the details of one of my insured items a few weeks back, and kept getting an error. I had to reach out to customer support to get the details changed manually. I have now tried insuring a new item with Pineapple, and the same error message keeps popping up - "Could not calculate your premium - try again later". This inspires no confidence in Pineapple as an insurer, as a fundamental bug renders their app, and subsequent service offering, unusable. I appeal to Pineapple to fix this critical user bug, be it widespread or specific to my profile, as there is no point in insuring items with a digital insurance company that offers an app that doesn't work properly. The whole point of having this all done through an app is so that I don't have to constantly reach out to their support team to manually make changes.
