Andani is the best! Pineapple Insurance

I want to single out Andani. He’s been nothing short of professional, punctual and friendly. I was struggling updating info on the app and he solved all of my hassles in less than 30min (as he was waiting for my replies each time) otherwise it would’ve been 5minutes max I’m sure!

I claimed from Pineapple previously and they replaced my previously ****** phone. The process was quite seamless I must say. I was just bummed out that the premium I was paying for my old phone’s value at the time was for R15000 and when replaced, the new phone cost less and I still had to pay excess. I get the T&C’s, I was just paying for R15K’s worth of coverage, and between my excess and the difference of the new phone’s price I lost out on between R5K - R6K. I just wished I knew to update the premium of the phone so I could pay a more realistic monthly premium with that current market value.

But it is what it is now and I’m glad to have a new phone. Thanks Pineapple.
