Andani assisted me with resolving my query. However, I await confirmation from a senior specialist that I will not need a tracker for my comprehensive cover to be effective. Hence I have not rated 5 stars as my query is not fully remediated as yet. Furthermore, Pineapple should clearly indicate whether a tracker is an essential requirement for the cover at inception. The additional R190 tracker negates any benefit of taking up your cover over any of your competitors
