An app that never works
App never works, premiums cannot calculate. Always have to contact them to sort it out manually. What a waste of time.

Yet I get the same excuse, its ridiculous to be quite frank these are basic features that should work. - But yet your excuse is we in the integration phase, what are you integrating that takes so long, new features? When your old features and basic features are riddled with bugs. Come now.
