An absolute MUST HAVE

Look, I have to say it, guys, your app needs some work. The navigation is quite tedious and it crashes every time I try to send a photo to one of the consultants.

But, other than that, Pineapple is AMAZING. Long story short, there was a break-in at my house, they stole my gaming PC. I logged the claim on Wednesday 12 Feb 2020, sent them all the required material they asked for throughout the process, and the claim was approved by Wednesday 19 Feb 2020.

I would like to personally thank Bridget, the lovely lady who helped me throughout the claim process, she put up with my stubbornness, irritated remarks, and plain dumb questions, and, without fail, helped me understand every single time.

To all of you that are like myself, not sure about insurance, and not able to afford the ridiculous premiums and excesses of conventional home contents insurance, Pineapple is for you!

10 out of 10 would recommend.
