Always friendly with their service. Unfortunately, didn’t get a call back from someone I spoke to previously but that is mainly due to the system outage so that most likely created a backlog of calls. Trishen didn’t try to sell me anything when cancelling and even tried one last time to see if they could batch a competitors offer but sadly not, generally I like to stay with Alsace insurer but the better offer was with Budget this time, thanks for covering me in the time I was with you ❤️
