A smart insurer that knows

I really wish I'd known about Pineapple sooner. Their service has been consistently great and a breath of fresh air when other insurance providers have created serious difficulties for me. Allowing clients to communicate with real people over a convenient IM service like WhatsApp should just be common sense, but Pineapple allows it and they have set up that channel really well.
