A gentlemen named flotd assisted me now , he manage to explainable and assist me with a few terms and conditions that was not properly explained to me initially when I took the insurance ,however his kindness and great service and ability to understand his work has now brought light to my attention amd made me realise a few terms and conditions that I was unaware of
