Wow, wow, wow! What an amazing and speedy service from Pineapple. My phone got ****** at work on Wednesday afternoon so I reported it to my network to get an ITC number. On Thursday morning I got a case number from SAPS and immediately put through my claim to Pineapple. I got a response from them within a few minutes asking me to send the relevant documents, which I did. On Saturday morning I got a response from Charlotte, honoring my claim in full, no hassle. She even called me to confirm everything and she sounded very pleasant and professional. I'm really impressed with Pineapple and will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues.
