300km PER MONTH VS ALLEGED **** CASH BACK TERM

I am a Pineapple Insurance policy holder, when I joined one of their term was that if I drive less than 300km per month I qualify to get a certain amount back. I believe this is suppose to be automatic provided that you have their speedometer tracker installed. I have driven less than 300km km in the past two months and until today I have not received the cash back. I spoke to an agent mid December and she told me that I must sent a tracker certificate, of which I did. She later told me that the 300km period is from the 1st to the last day of the month. I understood what she meant. I last drove my car on the 02nd of December until 25th of January. On the 3rd of February my trip log was less than 300km too. I have sent messages including the requirements but I have not received any joy.

I even sent a message to their complaint section but an still waiting.

Am now starting to think that their 300km cash back term is just used to convince people to take their insurance.
