2 days after I took insurance with pineapple my car got stuck alongside R21 Kempton park. It was a Saturday. I dialed in roadside assistance but couldn't get any help as I was told my policy could not be found. I made my own arrangements to pay for towing. It was a frustrating day. I took the matter forward and got assisted by Palesa. Palesa was very patient and very much helpful through the process of claiming back my funds. I haven't received the funds yet but I was informed they r processed. This for me shows that pineapple cares about it's customers. I liked how Palesa kept on calling to check if really I am being assisted.
