1/5 stars - Avoid Pineapple Insurance at All Costs!

I'm writing this review as a warning to others: stay away from Pineapple Insurance! After dealing with them, I've had the worst experience with car insurance. When I needed help, they didn't lift a finger. Despite sending documents multiple times, they kept claiming they never received them, making excuses and dodging responsibility.

The customer service is atrocious. Repeated calls were met with more excuses, and they had the nerve to drop my call. It's clear they don't care about their customers. The whole experience has been a nightmare, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.

Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Pineapple Insurance is a **** that will leave you frustrated and disappointed. Don't believe their promises – they're just not worth it.
