11 Days Since Claimed Filed NO RESPONSE NO EFFORT AND NO DRIVING CAR FOR MY MOTHER

On the 10th of August my mother filed a claim due to a written off rim from pothole damage, since then we have no had a drive-able car and have had to ask family members to drive us around. We simply cannot live like this! Pineapple is quick to take your money and insure your car, but the second you want to file a claim, they will make NO effort, you will have to chase them down, and be forced to write a review such as this one just to get any sort of response, and if you do not have family to drive you around you will have to pay expensive ubers everyday just to get to your workplace so you can make a living.

We have no way of getting around, and pineapple has essentially imprisoned us at our house due to their lack of caring.

This is not even a large claim it is a RIM, god forbid you crash your car or have a larger scale claim I feel bad for you.

We've submitted everything they asked for, and this REALLY could be resolved within a day or two, but pineapple HATES their customers, and I'm sure their employees take some sort of sadistic pleasure and seeing them suffer.

DO NOT GO TO PINEAPPLE FOR YOUR INSURANCE RUN AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN
