10/10. No nonsense just pure service. Big respect to Nkululeko. Went above and beyond to assist and retain me as a customer, even got me to insure another item. Definitely go with pineapple, not only was the premium 1/3 of Outsurance and other competitors. (which let's face it, is the main factor) but the staff is friendly, ready to assist and no long drama's and 30min conversation. It is a pain free and simple process like they advertise. I would heavily recommend Pineapple Insurance. P. S Management needs to give Nkululeko a raise. Friendly, always eager to assist and bothers to remember clients but name and surname. Made the entire experience feel like private banking.
