I made a claim and they rejected the claim they then towed my car from first help roodepoort to Auction Nation. 100 Doddington Street, Witfontein, Kempton Park --FOR NO REASON
Who told them to move the car?
This is just a **** insurance, now they want my car to be ****** by Auction Nation.
you promised to tow my car to my house now you tell me nonsense

I called First Help and they confirmed the car is with them. They said you must send them the Upliftment instruction so they can tow the car to my house.
Can you please send them the instruction.

06 Oct 2023, 11:41I just got a call from Mervyn who informed me that Pineapple did not tow the car from the scene and so they are not involved in towing the car back to my house.
i am now liable for the towing storage and towing my car back to my house
I did not decide who tows the car , that's not my problem as i was insured with pineapple .Thats why i got the insurance in the first place
What king of insurance are you guys , are you a **** or what
You were eager to take the installment but you don''t want to be involved in any costs of the claim. You even promised to pay back the installments but guess what you are saying nothing about that.
i am ashamed to be living in a country with such dishonest companies
i am now liable for the towing storage and towing my car back to my house
