Refund Request denied

Hi I accidentally bought 3 tickets to the Mzanzi Swanlake for the 18th August @ 20:00 at the Pieter Torien's Theatre @ Montecasino Pieter Torien Theatre instead of the Swanlake at the Theatro. I acknowledge that it was a dumb error considering the different cast however, Pieter Torien are refusing to refund me, quoting " everyone makes mistakes, everyone knows its 2 differet shows, its widely publicized so NO REFUND". "You have to come watch the show".

I was not even offered a courtesy of a voucher etc.

This is unacceptable for any business especially since I realised my error immediately & contacted WEBTICKETS who directed me to the theatre directly.
