Worst experience

<p>Had looked for the best company to assist in my relocation removing my furniture from Cape town to Durban worst mistake was choosing Pickfords Worldwide removal hoping it would be a relief, worst mistake. had an agreement would move my furniture among other things. 1st showed up without making arrangement with me for the convenient time so i would be home when they do the pickup , as a result i was not home, my mother had to assist. some of my things were left behind. Tryed to arrange with them to pick up the box that is left behind and my TV. Im told i should get the box and the TV to their Depot in Epping cape town so they can transport this side and i need to go and get it at their deport in. 1stly if they had proper arrangements for the pick up, i would have made sure im home and all this inconvenience would have been avoided. spoke to this Elana Knight who had made it clear they will not pick up these thing at my home and drop them off at the agreed address as per the qoute and payment made to them. She has gone as far as sending me an email saying i was there on the day and signed the inventory without even checking the signitures on the original contract and the inventory. im really not happy with the services i have received from them. </p>
