Worst Customer Service from Pickfords furniture Removals in PE

This company has the worst customer service in the world. I requested a quotation to be moved from King Williams Town to Boemfontein 30th June 2018 from this company and four others. Two of the companies said they wouldn't be able to move me because they had no trucks available on that day and therefore didn't even give me a quote. But this Picksfords company decided to send a quotation without date of removal and the quotation did not even indicate that my removal is a direct load NOT sharing. On the day that my company sent them a purchase order they decided to change our whole arrangement and told me that they don't have any trucks available to move me on 30th June anymore. Then a woman named Adele Kritzinger said they can only move my furniture on the 2nd of july. This is the day I am suppose to start my first day at work. I had no choice but to accept the date. Today Adele Kritzinger sends me an email telling me that the have to wait until they have other goods moving to Bloemfontein to make the truck full before they can deliver my goods in Bloemfontein. My company sent out a purchase order based on their quotation which I requested as direct not sharing. Adele Kritzinger did not even call me on my cellphone even though she has my number to tell me they have problems. I am now going to be stranded with my family in Bloemfontein without furniture because of the ingeniousness of Adele Kritzinger. These people are terrible.
