Unreliable and dishonest

Im stuck with my furniture and still waiting for them. When ever they promise to call they don't. They say they don't travel during festive because of new law. I called their competitor( stutterfords) n they do travel and they told me, they don't know and never heard about that. I already paid n now I totally regret y I chose Pickfords. They surely know how to offer bad service.
