Unprofessional and negligent - items ******

Unprofessional and negligent service. I kept my items with them for a month and came back with a TV missing. 10 days later i can’t get a clear explaination as to where my TV is or what happened to it they keep sending me from Pillar to post.

I’m the one who’s calling to follow up and they just promise to call me back and never does.

The “secure storage” facilities is a ****!! I would never recommend Pickfords to anyone.
