Poor service from Pickfords Removal

I recently had an extremely bad experience with Pickfords removal from Cape Town to Kimberley. I took out insurance and they damaged my items very badly. Incorrect wrapping caused damages on items I cannot replace. They dropped a brand new dish washing machine (machine has not been used before) Scratches and scarf marks on leather benches, only to name a few. I am struggling with the insurance brokers and it has become an absolute nightmare.
