Pickfords stole from me :(

Pickfords moved me about 2 years ago. I wasn't able to completely pack due to travelling for work but this weekend I opened the last few boxes. While packing all of my belongings into boxes, I tried to help and ended up using my Makita drill to remove the feet from the couches. The packers used this same drill during the course of the day. The empty Makita box made it to my house, but not the drill - and it was expensive! I am really unhappy that these guys stole from me - if they realised that they had the drill, they would have let me know. And this is after I made them lunch and bought them a couple of cokes and gave them money to buy dinner! And this isn't even mentioning the quality of the packing - I arrived with broken mirrors, with scuffed leather couches (they put my couches into storage on its side and directly on concrete. I am so disappointed, considering this is supposed to be one of the best.
