Pickfords is Pathetic!

I enquired to Pickfords for a quotation on my moving. I called in and Sharon, whom was very abrupt, sent me a inventory doc to complete on the 1st December. I did this, and sent it back to her the same day. the 6th I sent her another mail and asked he if they would be quoting. I once again received no response. Ive sent her another mail today the 9th. If I have to wait so long for my quote, I cant imagine how long ill wait for my truck! Pickfords is Pathetic!!
