Pathetic attitude, incorrect advise, damaged goods

We engaged Pickfords for our international move however the agent, Greg Schrueder advised us incorrectly on EVERYTHING important leading us to be forced into paying more money on our container, even though we were quoted on an amount, our container being repacked 3 times leading to lots of breakage, and missing items and NO insurance even though we paid for and expected full insurance on ALL individual items. He also incorrectly answered a lot of my questions, and I needed to make my own enquiries. Our international move has been an absolute nightmare thanks to Pickfords and its unprofessional, unintelligent staff. Greg Schrueder is clearly *********** and Pickfords lack of following instructions and keeping us informed has lead to unnecessary breakage and loss. Our precious items have been blatantly ****** and the packing has been pathetic. Most of our new glassware wasn't wrapped or marked fragile, and then we had a plastic sharpener wrapped in 5 sheets of paper! We've had expensive items deliberately destroyed by Pickfords and they have made no attempt at compensating us for the damage. 4 boxes are still missing with no attempts from Pickfords to do anything about it.
