Negligent staff

Utilised the services of Pickfords for our move from Johannesburg to Eastern Cape. Paid a hefty price to have our home contents moved in a safe and professional manner. Paid extra to crate and professionally dismantle and package a slate... this was all done as a precaution to protect the slate. Only for it to arrive in the Eastern Cape and be dropped by the moving staff in front of me, we were told by the moving staff that Pickfords would pay but nothing.... almost impossible to contact someone after you have paid your invoice.... If you use Pickfords make sure you have insurance for their negligent staff!
