Moving to CTown

I have used pickfords before and they were good, but now, moving from Durban to Cape Town, they disappointed me, here is how. Firstly it took 2 weeks to get my things, then it arrived after some complaint at lunchtime instead of morning, the van was full of other people's things, my boxes were treated badly, squashed and one in particular was wet through, some of my nicest clothes had run onto each other because of the wet, they were unceremoniously dumped in a plastic bag to rot for the time, prob 2 weeks, they stank. I have to take them all to be cleaned and some are not savable. A few pots were broken and also dumped in a bag, I received the pieces. The things were badly squashed into the vehicle with other people's things, about 5 different loads. I did not to my knowledge pay a lot of money for it to be shared so badly. The Cape Town Co ordinstor was very helpful and has made complaint on my behalf to the manager in Durban, and has bern most helpful, but the rest of the organization was shoddy. Sad and disappointed, I trusted them to do an excellent job, and it was not, it was rushed and un cared for.
